Why Women’s Ministry?
Women make up 50-75% of the people in a congregation within American churches, yet there has been a 22% decrease in women’s church attendance in the past two decades. Women need women.

Women today hunger for authentic examples of godly womanhood, mentors, and teachers. Women desire to be trained to minister to their sisters in Christ and to the unchurched women within their sphere of influence.
The Women’s Ministry Minor at Calvary Bible College can provide significant tools for women called to serve within the church, parachurch ministries, the classroom, the counseling office, or on the mission field. The Introduction to Women’s Ministry course will lay a biblical and historical foundation for women’s ministry. Other courses will help women learn how to organize and lead a women’s ministry, teach and mentor women, and develop leadership skills based on biblical principles and spiritual gifts.
