Secure Transactions2010 marks Calvary’s 9th annual Alumni Phone-A-Thon. The generous support of our alumni continues to be a great encouragement to the ongoing work of preparing men and women to live according to a biblical worldview and serve in the church and in the world.
The 2009 Phone-A-Thon contained two separate goals. For Calvary Bible College funds were raised allowing the purchase of portable sound equipment for the school’s traveling ministry teams and the installation of security cameras around campus. Alumni also supported Calvary Theological Seminary by providing new chairs for the classrooms and the installation of the Logos Bible Software on the lab computers.
This year’s goal is $24,000 to support three projects. Two of these involve upgrades to existing equipment; replacing staff and lab computers as well as the ovens in the dining hall. The third project will be a new purchase of an automated external defibrillator for the gym.
