Single Student Housing Compare
All single, undergraduate students under 23 years of age must live in the College
dormitories. The only exception is for students living with their families (parents or
grandparents) who reside in the Greater Kansas City area. Students who are 23 years of age
and older may choose to live in non-dormitory housing on campus. All students living in the
dormitories must eat in the cafeteria. For other students, eating in the cafeteria is optional
and available.

Dormitories
Single- and double-occupancy rooms are provided for women students in Esther Hall
and for men students in Stephen Hall. Each room is equipped with a sink, vanity, and one
closet per student. Dorm rooms have individually controlled heating systems and a window air-conditioner is provided during warm weather. Lounges are
provided on each dorm floor, and each building is equipped with laundry facilities.
Women's Dorm Third Floor
There are one-room units in the women's dorm (on the third floor) available to single women students (23 years old or older). The units are dorm-style rooms that share a community kitchen facility, community lounge, community bathroom facilities, and coin laundry. Each room is furnished with a desk, twin bed, and a dresser. Also included is ample closet space and a vanity and sink.
Philadelphia Hall Apartments
These one- or two-bedroom apartments are available for older single students (23 years old or older). Married students have first priority on occupancy.
The one-bedroom apartments have a three-quarter bath, and some two-bedroom have a full bath. Each bedroom has a sink and vanity. Philadelphia Hall is located one block east of Calvary's Campus.
Philadelphia Hall apartments have stoves and refrigerators, community laundry facilities, paid utilities, central heating, and free wireless internet access. One window air conditioner is also provided during warm weather. Philly also features ample closet space and convenient parking. Pets are not permitted.

Philadelphia Hall Apartments
These one- or two-bedroom apartments are available for families with two children or fewer. The one-bedroom apartments have a three-quarter bath, and some two-bedroom have a full bath. Each bedroom has a sink and vanity. Philadelphia Hall is located one block east of Calvary's Campus.

Tumbleweed Duplexes
These two- and three-bedroom duplexes are available to married students. They are conveniently located approximately three-quarters of a mile south of Calvary's campus.
Each duplex has electric washer and dryer hookups, central air-conditioning and heating, a carport and storage shed, and hardwood floors. A stove and refrigerator are provided. The duplexes are unfurnished and feature spacious yards, plenty of closet space, and partial basements. Some duplexes have window treatments. Renters are responsible to turn on and pay for their own utilities. Pets are permitted with a $200 deposit.

On-campus Duplex
The on-campus duplex consists of a two-bedroom and a four-bedroom unit. This duplex is available to married students. It is conveniently located on Calvary's campus, south of the dormitories.
Each unit features central air-conditioning and heating, a spacious yard, and convenient parking. A stove and refrigerator, along with a washer and dryer, are also provided. Each unit is unfurnished with plenty of closet space. These units include paid utilities. Pets are permitted with a $200 deposit.
